Do points expire?
Your points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity refers to customers who have not earned or redeemed any points.
Can you earn points for shipping costs and taxes?
No. When calculating the number of points earned, shipping costs and taxes are excluded.
After purchase, when do my points appear on my account?
As soon as you make your purchase, the points will be applied to your account.
For refunded orders, will my points be subtracted from my account?
If there is a refund on your order, the total points received from that order will be removed from your account.
When will my Birthday points be applied to my account?
Your birthday points will be applied on your birthday!
If you recently added your birthday on your account, please allow 30 days from the day you confirmed your birthday to receive your birthday points.
Can I stack my rewards with other promotions?
Rewards and promotional discount codes are not stackable. Please select the promotion/reward that provides the better discount when moving forward with your purchase.

How does partial dollar amounts accrue points?
The points you earn round down to the nearest dollar.
What is the maximum number of rewards that can be redeemed at one time?
You may redeem one reward per order.
Will I earn points when using a gift card?
When a customer purchases an eGift Card on the website, this counts as a product so they will earn points.
When a customer applies a gift card code to an order, they will not earn points on the amount of eGift Card being used because this counts as a discount. Only one (1) discount made be used at a time.
I have two different account, can I combine my points?
