All orders are processed and shipped from Hawai'i, Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed, plus shipping time. We do not ship on weekends or during major holidays (See list of holidays below).
We ship all orders FedEx 2-business day on the following shipping schedule:

Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be delivered via USPS only when FedEx does not accept the address.

Please note delays may occur during busy holiday seasons.
During warm weather months, we recommend all recipients are present for delivery to receive their packages directly. Chocolates will melt if left unattended outside. Please include any shipping instruction when you place your order for FedEx delivery, if there is a preferred drop off location. Please be advised, Hawaiian Host is not responsible for melted orders upon delivery.
Terms of Shipping & Delivery
Hawaiian Host is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from FedEx, including delays due to unpredictable weather events. Additionally, if FedEx provides proof of delivery, Hawaiian Host is not responsible for replacing your order. This includes any lost or stolen packages.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Because we sell perishable heat-sensitive products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, or provide replacements. We do not offer price adjustments.
